Returns & Exchanges

At BrickTactical, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tactical apparel; if you are not, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
